Players: 3 or more players
Hole Setup
- Wolf order rotates per hole. On the first tee in scoring the scorekeeper will select the wolfhammer game and then drag the names up or down to select an order for wolf. This can be done by throwing balls or whatever your grouping decides. Once the order is established the order for who is wolf will rotate throughout the first 15 holes.
- NO MERCY HOLES, whoever is the biggest loser at the tee box of 16-17-18 becomes the wolf for that hole automatically (the app will make this change). They can press their way to a win regardless of the first 15 holes. As the wolf you are allowed to bet ½ what you are down for the day as the base bet for the last three holes (**the scorekeeper will edit the bet after the wolf partners are chosen for the last three holes… no min or max bet fyi… so if your group feels wild the app will allow you to bet what you want…. The standard is ½ base bet what you are down because a birdie still has the 2x base bet multiplier)
- It doesn’t matter in your group if the wolf hits first or last the app will handle the arrangement automatically.

The Wolf Bet
- In WOLFHAMMER the wolf is designed to hit FIRST
- Before the wolf hits the FIRST tee shot of the hole, the Wolf must do one of the following:
- Go BLIND WOLF – BEFORE the wolf’s tee shot is hit – this puts the wolf on a team by themselves vs all other players and triples (3x) the base bet…. And yes the hammers and multipliers still count.
- Go LONE WOLF – AFTER the wolf’s tee shot is hit – this puts the wolf on a team by themselves vs all other players and doubles (2x) the base bet…. And yes the hammers and multipliers still count.
- HIT AND WAIT: Hit their tee shot and wait for a partner.
- After each tee shot, Wolf may pick that player or pass:.
- Passed players can’t be chosen later…. Player must be selected after tee ball is hit.
- Once a player is selected the wolf and partner become a team.
- DIVORCE: The selected teammate has the option to DIVORCE the wolf and this puts them on a team by themselves vs original wolf and all other players and doubles (2x) the base bet… And yes the hammers and multipliers still count.
- Choose no teammate: This puts the wolf on a team by themselves vs all other players for the base bet with no extra multiplier…. And yes the hammers and multipliers still count.

The TRASH BET
This is a separate bet from the wolf bet. This is a team bet based on wolf teams. Each trash bet like, sandy, greenie, etc… is awarded to any player that achieves the trash feat and achieves a par or better on the hole. The trash payout is team based so every trash feat achieved by any member of the team is given to the entire team. Hammers do not increase the value of the trash bet. For holes 1-15 the Trash bet is valued at the base bet of the Wolfhammer game set at game setup. For the PRESS HOLES 16-17-18 Trash bets are value at 2x the original base bet of them game.
Trash bets are paid out to every member of the winning and losing teams in the wolf bet. This is a SEPARATE bet inside the wolfhammer game.
*If your grouping has a special trash bet we don’t have no worries, just select any trash bet for the appropriate player and it will award a trash bet win to that team. ALL trash bets have the same value.

BETTING (FORMAT)
- Match play style scoring for win loss – best score on the hole wins the hole.
- Team with the lowest score (gross or net pending game setup) by any member of the team wins the hole for their team.
- Wolf Wins and Loses and Trash Wins and Loses are combined to achieve a total win/loss per player for the hole.
- Multipliers for Wolf bets:
- Par or Worse wins current base bet
- Birdie Win score applies a 2x multiplier to the base bet. Hammers double this amount also.
- Example Base bet of 10.00. Birdie win makes the 10×2=20.00 per man. 1st hammer makes it 20.00×2=40.00 per man a second hammer makes it 40.00×2=80.00 per man.
- Eagle Win or better score applies a 3x multiplier to the base bet
- Example Base bet of 10.00. Eagle or better win makes the 10×3=30.00 per man. 1st hammer makes it 30.00×2=60.00 per man a second hammer makes it 60.00×2=120.00 per man.
- Teams that have odd number of players win or lose the amount individually. Any team with smaller number of members will also win or lose higher amounts based on the number of players on the team with highest number of players.
- Example 5 man game – Par 5 – Base bet $5.00 with one trash bet
- Player A & B on a team Player A 4 (birdie2x) – Player B 6 –
- Player C,D, & E on a team Player C 7 – Player D 6 – Player E 5 – 1 Sandy/Trash Bet
- Player A & B win because player A score of 4 is the best. Player C,D,E each lose the base bet amount of $5.00 x 2 (birdie multiplier). ($5.00+$5.00+$5.00) X2(birdie)=$30.00 / 2 = $15.00each for the wolf bet , Player C,D,E WIN a trash bet from the Player A/B team.
- Trash Bet win of 5.00 for C,D,E players (5+5+5)=15/2 =7.50 trash bet loss for Player A & B
- HOLE TOTALS : Player A & B each win $30.00 (wolf bet win) -$7.50 (Trash bet loss) = $22.50 each
- Player C,D & E easy lose ($22.50×2(players A& B)=$45.00/3 (players C,D,& E) =$15.00 each
